Arts in Education

I am studying Arts in Education as my specialist subject at university. I had my first session today and I absolutely loved it. I learnt so much about the personal and emotional side of Art. We had to create a piece of art which was based on a metaphor to describe an aspect of our lives. I created a train journey, with many passengers. The track passed through a tunnel. This piece of Art represents the journey of my life, with the people I have met along the way and the hurdles in which I have come across.

Everyone really expressed their emotions in this session and I can really appreciate now, how every piece of Art is personal to an individual.

We are going to the National Gallery for a trip soon - Yay!!
